New Lancome Grandiose Eyeliner: Interesting Concept But Probably Not Worth The Money
When it comes to high-end beauty, I usually take a lot of time to research and deliberate over the numerous fancy products on offer. Being a student and never having tons of (if any at all) disposable income has meant that I usually turn to the high-street for any impulse beauty buys and indulgent latest-trend splurges. Although I have bought a few high-end items that I've come to view as 'holy grail' products (most of them Clarins), I carefully pondered over the spend for a while, despite them being courtesy of a birthday gift voucher and not even my 'hard earned cash', so to speak. I'm overly cautious, but after being recommended the new Lancome Grandiose Eyeliner, I gave in to my usual wary purchasing habits and used left-over vouchers to treat myself to this innovative new launch. I wanted to love this- I really did-, but unfortunately it's one of those products that has left me feeling a bit 'meh'.

Well Gel! My New Favourite Eyeliner From Elizabeth Arden (Plus The Cutest Brush EVER!)
Last month, as a lovely Christmas present, my mum and I flew to Jersey for a short, Channel Island holiday. Aside from visiting the zoo and spa, it's needless to say we spent most of our time shopping. Filled with department stores, we wondered in and out swooning at all the beauty products, before stumbling across Feel Unique on St Helier high street. We had found heaven. We rummaged through all of the Christmas bargains and deals, before I glimpsed this reduced pot of gorgeousness in the Elizabeth Arden clearance section. It was the last one left, it was down to a ridiculous price, I knew I had to have it. It is the best eyeliner I have ever used.

Make-Up Tips & Products For Sparse Or No Eyelashes
If you suffer from hair loss, you will understand that it can sometimes overwhelm your life. Something that you have no control over, even if it is 'just hair', can have a huge affect on your physical appearance and your emotional state of being. Having trichotillomania and pulling my eyelashes out since I was 3 years old has taught me that hair is actually so important to me, and as a result, my appearance has been a meticulously thought-out operation for the sake of resisting judgement from the outside world. I never knew eyelashes would become such a focal point in my life, but experiencing hair loss has taught me ways to deal with not having lashes, and how to cover up these gaps. These tips and tricks will also apply to anyone who has sparse or stubby lashes (as well as none whatsoever), as I share with you my favourite products to boost growth or give the illusion of fuller lashes.

The 5 Products That I Just Can't Live Without
It used to be a regular question thrown about in Twitter chats amongst beauty bloggers; if you were stranded on a desert island, which beauty product would you take with you? For most (including myself), it would be extremely difficult to narrow it down to just one product. However, while I'm a sucker for buying into all the new make-up launches under the sun, I still have my set few products which I always end up returning to. It's these products, the ones that you find yourself re-purchasing over and over again, which are the ones you'll find that you just cannot live without. Here are the five products that I never want to see leaving my side...

Collection Fast Stroke Eyeliner: The First Eyeliner I Ever Used (And Still Love To This Day)
I have acquired quite a collection of eyeliners over the years as I've relentlessly splashed my cash in search for the best product to give me that faultless, bold, dark cat flick look. From felt tip liners, to gel formulas such as Benefit's They're Real, while many have become dearly loved, none have surpassed my adoration for this budget, basic eyeliner. Collection are fantastic for dupes, trying out something a bit different without burning a hole in your pocket, and just discovering some bloody good bargain products. Their Fast Stroke liquid eyeliner definitely falls into this last category; despite searching high and low for another product to rival it, I always come running back to this beautiful work of art.

Dupe Alert! Collection Extreme 24 Hour Felt Tip Liner
Everyone loves a dupe! Collection is a great brand for finding inexpensive versions of cult products, without the price tag reflecting the quality. I have been a religious user of their Fast Stroke liner since I started wearing liquid eyeliner- it's one of the only products I've ever totally sworn by. When I was browsing the aisles of Superdrug the other day, I saw this felt tip style eyeliner, and given my love for their other liquid counterpart, thought I'd give it a whirl. It was love at first use, and rivals my beloved Soap and Glory Supercat eyeliner!

Mastering The Cat Flick With Soap and Glory's Supercat Eyeliner
I'm quite boring with my make-up routine. It always features a dewy base, a dash of blush, and a bold cat flick, and has been this way for a good few years. As I moved into Sixth Form and we were allowed the privilege of wearing make-up, I discovered that bold eyeliner was a great way of disguising my lack of lashes; the flick at the end drawing attention away from my actual lash line. Since, I've been intent on finding the Mr Right of eyeliner to give me the perfect winged look. Using the Collection Fast Stroke one for years, my cousin recommended the Soap and Glory Supercat eyeliner...so here it is!
Primark P.S Love Beauty Haul; Why It's Not As Bad as You'd Think
Primark is incredible, isn't it? While it may often look like a jumble sale, you can pick up a multitude of bargains ranging from clothes, accessories and even cosmetics. Recently, Primark have done a lot to revamp the image of their P.S Love beauty range. The results show sleek-looking products that aren't as bad as you may think. Being so cheap and having the reputation of a budget store, it's easy to assume the quality of Primark beauty products is pretty naff. There are, of course, many things which fit this category (lotions, face wipes, and kohl eyeliners), but within the beauty shelves it is possible to find some real gems that shouldn't have the reputation of 'if it's cheap, it's crap'.
Winging It: Four Best High-Street Eyeliners For The Perfect Cat Flick
It's that timeless look that exudes chic, but one of the most difficult make-up skills to master. Winged liner takes a lot of practise, but when you get it right can bring together a whole beauty look with a simple flick. To make the classic look far easier to conquer, I've picked out my top 4 best liquid and gel liners which will get you looking fantastically feline in a flash.

Over-Hyped Products #2: Benefit They're Real Push-Up Eyeliner
The Benefit They're Real Push-Up eyeliner has to be one of the most hyped up beauty launches of recent times. After their They're Real mascara was a smash-hit with pretty much all make-up enthusiasts (including myself), people everywhere were practically peeing their pants with excitement over the introduction of this revolutionary eyeliner to the beauty market. The first samples were sent out, and bloggers bowed down to the little liner, claiming it was the best thing since sliced bread and that you really needed to go out and buy it for yourself. I personally think we need to bring these reviews down to earth a little.

Benefit Goodies: The Real Steal
I'm always on the look out for a neat bargain, so when I saw this Benefit 'The Real Steal' bundle reduced on Asos, I couldn't help but treat myself. Benefit's They're Real mascara is probably the most hyped up mascara on Earth; every beauty blogger swears by it and it seems to be a staple of many make-up routines. Being a sucker for buying into any hype just to try it out, I've been wanting to try out this mascara for ages but could not justify spending £19.50 on it.
Collection 2000 Gel Eyeliner
Having tried, loved, and then lost my Maybelline black gel eyeliner, I was desperate to try another one. My usual make-up routine consists of subtly winged liquid eyeliner, and when I'm feeling lazy, a little bit of kohl does the trick. However, I often find liquid eyeliner wings flake away, while kohl is far too easy to smudge off for my liking. I picked up this Collection 2000 Lasting Colour gel liner as part of a 3 for 2 offer in Boots recently, and it has since revolutionised my eye make-up routine.

Avon Glimmersticks
My little box of Avon goodies arrived a couple of days ago, containing my Suede Effect nail varnish and these two sparkly little delights. As I've mentioned before, my day and night look normally consists of just black liquid eyeliner but I'm trying to change that to add a bit more glitz to my look when I'm going out. I'm off on a girly spa weekend with my best mate in Birmingham on Saturday as a birthday treat and to celebrate A-Level results, so got these Avon Glimmerstick Diamonds eyeliners to try out when we hit the town.

Eye Sparkle
My make-up routine always consists of flicked liquid eyeliner, whether I'm just popping to the shops or going on a night out. I love the way it instantly makes your eyes stand out (especially when I'm wearing glasses), but have become a bit bored of the same look. Looking through my make-up draw, I found this glittery bottle of 2True Eyeliner Dazzlers in black that I'd never used, and seeing as I was going out with some friends that night, thought I'd try it out to cure my 'same-old-make-up' boredom.
