Colder temperatures can wreak havoc with your skin. Suffering from any kind of dryness is never pleasant, but there are a multitude of products designed with these issues in mind. Nourishment and hydration are key, and while there are loads of brands out there that offer this, I thought I'd include some amazing products from some new, upcoming brands. Sometimes we automatically turn to the brands that are 'tried and tested', but there are so many smaller companies out there that offer absolute gems. These three products have proved to be surprisingly brilliant at helping my dry skin, so I thought I'd share them with you!
Rhodes To Heaven Hand, Nail and Cuticle Cream (£12.95)
This beautiful brand was founded by a sister duo who believe in using pure, natural and high quality products. Their organically sourced ingredients constitute a skincare range which focuses less on fancy packaging and more on what will be truly beneficial to your skin. Simple and efficient, this hand cream is effective for hands that need a little pick-me-up. My hands get quite dry at work, so keeping this in a nearby drawer has been a lifesaver for on-the-go moisture. Packed full of essential oils and special proteins (which promote stronger, healthier nails), hands are left feeling soft and hydrated without leaving too much of a greasy residue behind. It does take a while to soak in (it's better to use this product little and often), but it's well worth trying out. I adore the soft, citrus scent of this cream too- it's very refreshing!
Enchanted Brave Wunder Balm (£20)
For the driest of skin, balms can be a wise investment. This wunder balm is a fantastic multi-functional product that can be used all year round. Designed to provide an intensive hit of moisture and protection, the thick balm leaves your skin feeling nourished by this intensive treatment. I find it's best to massage a bit of the balm into dry patches (my elbows get quite dry, as well as my hands- mainly due to dermotillomania or skin-picking) before you go to bed and use it as an overnight treatment. This way, you can leave it to soak in for a while and let it do it's job. This product can be used on your body, face and hair...I'm definitely going to try it out on the ends of my hair next. With natural, moisturising products like mango butter, coconut oil and avocado oil and no obvious scent, this is a great one for those who are conscious about what they put on their skin.
Three Organics Soothe Me Facial Oil (£18.50)
I love face oils. When I first started getting dry skin, I was quite skeptical about giving them a go, fearing they'd leave me with greasy, oily skin. I've never looked back, and have found that regularly using them 3 times a week as an overnight treatment leaves my skin far more nourished and healthy than ever before. This little bottle from Three Organics is definitely one to keep for those pamper sessions. Their Hydrate Me oil is perfect for an extreme moisture treatment, but I am in love with the Soothe Me oil. Suitable for use on sensitive skin, this brand only deals with organic, responsibly sourced ingredients that are never tested on animals. The hemp seed and rosemary oils give this product the most gorgeous, relaxing scent that is luxurious to massage onto skin. It really feels like a spa treatment whilst giving your skin a little pep that'll leave you looking radiant in the morning. They also sell a beard oil...who knew that was a thing?!

These picks look lovely! They are just what I need as my hands are terrible after winter finishes; my skin is sensitive and eczema breakouts dry it out even more! There's a rose essential balm I love to use - and copious amounts of Soap and Glory Hand Food haha, but I would love to try these :D xx
