No7 'Lash Impact' Lash Serum Reviewed
I have quite a strict skin care routine. Cleansing, applying serum then moisturising is just part of my evening- but there is one extra step that I never fail to add. Applying lash serum is something I have done religiously over the past few years. Going through periods of time having no lashes at all after a trichotillomania splurge means I'm always desperate for them to grow back and will do anything to speed up the process. Lash serums are almost a motivator for me as I look forward to them growing back. Not only that, they help to repair some of the damage I have done to my poor lashes over the years; when they do reappear, they are often weak, short and flimsy. Using a serum is my daily way of saying sorry to my lashes and trying to inject some health back into them. The only problem is that the serum I swear by (RapidLash) is quite pricey- the cheapest I can find it for is £30-odd for a little tube. So when No7 launched their own affordable version in December last year, I knew I had to try it out.

NEW FROM NO7! The Lift & Luminate Triple Action Range
Ever since I got to the age when I started discovering make-up and the world of beauty, I've grown up with Boots No7 skin care. My Mum was completely obsessed with it and used the infamous Protect & Perfect range from the brand religiously up until about a year or so ago when she branched out and started dabbling in other names. Growing up with this No7 influence, I first used (and still use) their Essential Moisture day and night creams for whenever my skin needed a hit of hydration and completed adored it. No7 have built their reputation around offering the cutting edge of skin care technology for half the price you would get elsewhere, and that is exactly why many of their products have become staples in beauty routines everywhere. Their Lift & Luminate Triple Action serum is one of these; what's even better is that the best-selling formula has now been extended into the full range which launched 18th January. Previously just Lift & Luminate, meet the revamped Lift & Luminate Triple Action range.

Christmas Is Coming! Insanely Cute Beauty Stocking Filler Ideas For Under £15
It's the first day of December! Christmas is now officially upon us as we open the first window of our advent calendars and start putting up our Christmas trees. If you haven't done so already, it's time to turn your attention to Christmas shopping. Whether you are buying for family, friends or within a Secret Santa set-up, we all know that when you end up doing the maths, we always spend far too much on presents. This year, I have decided to move house just before Christmas, meaning that all of my present-buying budget has gone into a deposit- YAY! As a result, this Christmas is going to be 'toned-done' (as much as I can), so this post serves as a way to show that you can get incredibly cute Christmas gifts on a budget.

Get Glowing! 3 Must-Have Highlighters That'll Leave You Looking Radiant (Without Breaking The Bank)
Highlighters can often provide those finishing touches to a make-up look. Much like a slick of red lipstick or a dusting of blusher, highlighter can make the world of difference to your face. A touch of the shimmery goodness along the tops of your cheekbones, down the bridge of your nose, the inner corners of your eye and underneath the brow bone can help your features stand out and make your face look a bit more 3D. Using highlighter during the summer months can provide that extra sheen to add to your natural radiance, giving a little bit of glow to your complexion. I love the benefits of using highlighters so much that I never feel like my make-up is complete without one, so I've compiled my three must-have high-street highlighters to get you looking fabulous.

How I Banished Dry Skin With These Simple Skincare Steps
As you may know from my moaning in previous posts, I've been having some difficulties with my skin recently. For someone who usually has normal skin, to suddenly find myself with dry patches without any change to my skincare, diet or lifestyle was frustrating. It was getting to the point where whenever I applied foundation, I was get so worked up about the fact it wasn't sitting right and clinging to all the dry patches (even if they were undetectable beforehand) it would make me want to cry. I completely switched up my skincare routine to incorporate some extra nourishing products, and luckily, with a bit of patience, my skin is finally showing signs of returning back to normal. While it is still getting there, there has been such an improvement in the past couple of months through using these products, that I thought I'd share them to help anyone else suffering with dry skin, or finds their foundation refusing to sit right once applied.
3 Cleansers I'm Currently Loving (With No Liquid Formulas In Sight)
Finding the perfect cleanser has been somewhat an obsession for me lately. Maybe due to stress, the change of seasons or the products I previously used, my skin flared up with dryness. I usually have normal skin with relatively few spots (#blessed), so to suddenly find my beloved foundations were not sitting right on my face, leaving it tight and flakey, was quite frustrating. So, there marks the start of my cleanser mission (you can read about the routine which banished the dryness in a post coming soon), as I chose to leave behind the liquid formulas and try something a little more thick and soothing. While a quick douse of liquid cleanser is fab for taking off the primary layer of make-up, my love for cream and balm cleansers stems from their ability to provide a truly deep cleanse whilst nourishing your skin. No-one likes to feel like their skin is being stripped of goodness, so here are the three cleansers which have completely changed my skincare game.
Old Treasure: 3 MORE Products I've Rediscovered And Am Loving
Last week, I wrote a post about some products I had dug out whilst having a beauty sort out. They were old favourites of mine that had gotten lost amidst the sea of new purchases, and had been sitting all lonely on the back of the shelf. Well, it turns out there were quite a few treasures I had totally forgotten about, so here are three more products that I've recently fallen in love with all over again...(I have so many I could make this a new feature!)
Beat The Snuffles: 5 Make-Up Tips For When You Have A Cold
It's that time in the year when everyone inevitably picks up a cold. Being back at work, university and school means that the offices and commutes yet again become prime germ-spreading locations. While getting dressed up is usually the last thing on your mind when you're coughing up buckets of phlegm, here are a few beauty tips to help you look your best while you battle that runny nose.

Trichotillomania Top Tips: Eyebrow Make-Up
Throughout my struggle with trichotillomania, the hardest part of my make-up routine has been my eyebrows, or lack of. Putting on false eyelashes and drawing on subtle eyeliner was fairly easy to master in comparison to drawing on eyebrows from scratch. It still isn't a part of my trichotillomania covering-up make-up practice which I have totally gotten my head around, but I have picked up some tips and tricks over the past 5 or so years which may help others. Here are my top 10:

No7 Intelligent Colour Foundation
There are only a few beauty products which I religiously re-purchase, and this No7 Intelligent Colour foundation is one of them. A beauty staple in my make-up bag, this is the perfect everyday wear foundation for those who do not seek a particularly heavy coverage. As some of you might know, I'm a massive fan of No7 products. No7 is a brand which pioneers the latest beauty science whilst still being incredibly accessible and affordable. This foundation is another reason why I just keep going back to Boots.
No7 Stay Perfect
As some of you may know, I am an avid fan of No7 skin care. Although some may think it's overpriced, it suits my skin perfectly, leaving it feeling hydrated and nourished, and I'd happily pay the price tag for it. However, what hasn't featured on my blog before is their make-up range. So, when I was given this gorgeous lipstick from their Stay Perfect range, I thought I'd give it a quick review.
No7 Essential Moisture
Before now, I'd never really been a big fan of Boots No7 products, particularly their skin products, thinking that they were quite basic for the money you pay. Instead, I'd often turned to cheaper alternatives which would do exactly the same job.
My mum, however, swears by them, and even if she tries different moisturisers she always ends up returning to the No7 range. Seeing as she has enviously clear, wrinkle-free skin, I thought maybe I'd give No7 a go.
