My Favourite Gentle Eye Make-up Removers (That Are Great For Trichotillomania Sufferers)
Pulling your own hair out sucks. What sucks even more is the horrible red, sore irritation you feel around your eyes after a spree and, well, just generally. Constantly picking around your eyelid and leaving your eyes exposed isn't the best for your eye health, leaving your peepers open to infections, soreness and getting things in your eye (which can often scratch and irritate further!). With our eyes already being delicate organs, this added strain means that we need to take extra good care of them. Wearing eye make-up can often be a great way of covering damage and boosting confidence, but when it gets to the end of the day, the products you use to remove the beauty products are ever-more important. Here are a few of my favourite, gentle eye make-up removers that I have found amazing at wiping away the eyeliner whilst minimising irritation on sensitive eyes.

New Lancome Grandiose Eyeliner: Interesting Concept But Probably Not Worth The Money
When it comes to high-end beauty, I usually take a lot of time to research and deliberate over the numerous fancy products on offer. Being a student and never having tons of (if any at all) disposable income has meant that I usually turn to the high-street for any impulse beauty buys and indulgent latest-trend splurges. Although I have bought a few high-end items that I've come to view as 'holy grail' products (most of them Clarins), I carefully pondered over the spend for a while, despite them being courtesy of a birthday gift voucher and not even my 'hard earned cash', so to speak. I'm overly cautious, but after being recommended the new Lancome Grandiose Eyeliner, I gave in to my usual wary purchasing habits and used left-over vouchers to treat myself to this innovative new launch. I wanted to love this- I really did-, but unfortunately it's one of those products that has left me feeling a bit 'meh'.

Merumaya: The Skincare Trio That's Upped My Face Game
If you've read any of my previous skincare posts, you'll find that my face is very temperamental. Any slight change in stress levels or weather and my skin flares up with dryness, making me look like a flaky, scaly lizard-girl. No matter how much I moisturise, exfoliate and prime, my make-up just never sits right, and you can still see the dryness seeping through from underneath. As we're heading into colder months now, I thought I would change up my skincare routine in an attempt to get one step ahead of the dryness. This Merumaya trio have been perfect in taming my dry skin so far, and the combination of cleansing balm, serum and moisturiser have just been dreamy to use.

My Top 3 Lipsticks That Are Fit For Spring (And All Budgets)
Alongside the big ol' Spring clean, I always give my wardrobe and make-up routine an overhaul too. Gone are the mattes and darker shades; out come the bright dresses, dewy foundations and coral lipsticks. In preparation for summer, I love matching my make-up to reflect the weather (as weird as that sounds)- the sun just makes me want to experiment with bright colours! One thing that I love swapping (and that is the easiest change to make) is lipstick colours. Here are my top 3 that'll keep you looking fabulous through this season, all the way to Summer.

Lancome Visionnaire Trio: Skincare Solution and Correction Creams
Since forever, my mum has sworn by Boots No7 skincare range. She follows a set skincare routine both morning and night, and sees incredible results as a consequence. She recently added a new step to this Boots-orientated routine; a trio of Lancome Visionnaire creams and serums. After receiving a free sample of the Lancome Visionnaire Advanced Skin Corrector, she became hooked and these three have become a staple in her skincare routine since. The trio includes the Advanced Skin Corrector, Advanced Multi-Correcting Cream and the Advanced Eye Contour Perfecting Corrector. (Could they make these names any longer?!)

Lancome Advanced Genefique: The Anti-Ageing Miracle?
You only have to sift through a few adverts to realise that the major selling point in the beauty industry at the moment is the idea of uncovering the secret to youthful looking skin. Before this review spirals into a debate on what the eff 'youthful skin' actually means and the problems of assuming that all 'youthful' people have flawless skin, I'm going to focus on the notion of 'radiance'.
