Primark A/W14 Shoe Haul

I'm extremely fussy when it comes to shoes. I get blisters so easily so not only does every pair I buy have to be super soft and comfy, but they have to look the part too and last a decent amount of time. Primark have never really been my go-to shop when it comes to investing in shoes, often assuming that they would fall apart after a few wears. Last week in Brighton, I tried a pair on, realised how incredibly soft the backs of the shoes were and grabbed as many pairs as I could.

As all of you would probably agree, breaking in new shoes is the worst of the worst. Walking around with achingly sore feet is not the most fun thing, even if it is for the greater good of having that dashing new pair of shoesies. I cannot tell you how long I spend in shops feeling the backs of shoes, making sure they're soft enough not to rub my heel and cause me excruciating pain. The long wait for that perfectly snug pair was well worth it though, and like buses, four came along at once.

Primark are so on it for stylish, simple, comfy everyday flats for Autumn/Winter, and with prices ranging from £4-£8 for these ones I picked up, you'd be mad not to stock up. Once you find that perfect shoe, it's always a good plan to buy them in every colour available, and Primark is one of those few affordable stores which make this a possibility, even on a strict student budget.

My favourite of all these shoes are this fantastic burgundy red pair- I love the metal detail on the front. They look smart, stylish and are so versatile!

Laser cut-out style shoes have been on-trend for a while now, and it is no different this season. The detail on this tan brown Primark pair looks far more expensive than the £8 they are worth. I can see these being a cute pair of pumps for boogying in on nights out without leaving the club feeling like my feet are hanging off.

One staple which must be in every girl's wardrobe are a a basic pair of black and nude flats. These are so versatile and can be worn with pretty much anything. I adore the detail on the inside lining- how cute is this little extra treat! What's best about these, however, is the fact that they cost a mere £4! My definite everyday go-to shoe.

What do you think of Primark's shoes at the moment? Which of these are your favourite?

  1. I have the nude ones and some similar cut out ones! I actually really like Primark shoes too, they are comfy and yeah they don't last too long but usually get me through a season which is all I need! I need to go out and pick up some more boots for the colder weather asap! x

  4. These are adorable! I have the same problem with new shoes - I always have to carry blister plasters with me when I'm wearing them, because it's inevitable that they're going to hurt. But I've had good luck with Primark flats as well! I like their sandals too, got a couple of nice ones this summer. :)

  6. RIGHT??? Seriously, I assume that if shoes are cheap, they'll fall apart quickly. You'll need to update me on how long these last though, since I still have trust issues, though at 4 -8 pounds they shouldn't be that expensive to replace. LOVE ALL THE SHOES YOU PICKED OUT THOUGH :3
